A Clockwork Orange

A Clockwork Orange (by Anthony Burgess)

BRIEF BLURB:
The future with a mind and lingo of its own.

EVALUATION:
Reasonably perverted. (Or is it perverted for a reason?) Both.

FILM:
Stanley Kubrick directed this cult classic having no knowledge of the 21st chapter (the final chapter), which is one of author Burgess’ reasons for disowning his novel.

WHICH IS BETTER?
Depends on the vulnerability of the viewer/reader. Do you look away before the scene is through, or close the page before reaching the chapter’s end? I’d say the film stains your eyes and the pages deserve careful comprehension.
